Does This Cash Register Tell You How Much Change To Give Back?

All cash registers do if you use them correctly.
Once the items have been entered, press SUBTOTAL (ST)
Ask the customer for the amount on the display.
Type the amount received from the customer (without decimal point)
Press CASH (TL) and change will be displayed.
