Out Of Ink error Message

Our UX-B20 fax machine keeps giving us an error message even though we have put a new ink cartrage in....

Sorry to say that that has been a common problem with that model. The print head has gone bad. If you are out of warranty I'm afraid it is not worth the cost of repair.
