Dear, I Own A Sharp Microwave Oven, Model # R 950b, S.no. 000104764. It Seems A

Dear, I own a SHARP Microwave oven, model # R 950B, S.no. 000104764. It seems a problem with the appliance as I can see the turntable rotating automatically when the unit is powered on. However other functions do not work and pressing any of the other buttons does not help. The turntable stops when the unit power is removed or the front door is opened. I am in Muscat, Oman, could you help troubleshoot the problem or refer me to a nearby service agency. Thanks Shahid
