Aspect Ratio Issue

I bought this old TV without a remote and I have been trying to use the side buttons to change the aspect ratio so that movies and games down play off the edges of the screen. I have looked up instructions on how to change aspect ratio and they keep talking about "view mode" which is not displayed in the menu. Do I have to buy a remote or is there a workaround? Thanks!

Unfortunately you will need a remote. You can obtain a universal remote and try the codes supplied or purchase a model specific one.

This is one on www.E-Bay.com .

Item code: 123830452815

There may be others in your country if not in the US.

Hope that helps.
