Help!

I have great sound, but no picture. The screen is white and you can see slightly a picture. Like ghost in the background. Can I fix this myself?

not without scopes and schematics. It will require a technician to determine if the power supply is working correctly, the main is outputting good signals, the T-Con isn't the problem or if it's the LCD panel (which is likely, and not a good option due to the cost to replace).
