Drawer Operation

My Sharp microwave, Kb-6524p drawer not opening when you push the open button. It must be opened manually and is harder to open. Once opened, the drawer close button will not close it. The demo is in the off mode. All other buttons work and it heats up fine.

My Sharp Microwave was doing everything but opening...so as with all good electric equipment i rebooted it as in cut power from the main fuse box - and low and behold it re-set itself and no issues.
