Onetouch 4.6 Component Has Stopped Working
Hello, I receive this error message every time I scan a document using a xerox documate 150 scanner. "OneTouch 4.6 component has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I tried shuttuing down the scanner and my computer, but neither helped.
