Secondary Freewheel Axle

I need the 'Secondary freewheel axle' complete with band brake (or not), single speed sprocket (or not), with the fixed centrally located drive sprocket (that links to the main drive axle sprocket via the secondary chain.Where can I buy?!Thank you?
