My Video Can Not Play On Laptop

Hi....I had been recording some video thru my Sanyo Digital Camera VPC-X1200EX Series.However, those videos are not able to play with my Windows Media Player in my Laptop. It seems different extension file that caused the files are not bale to play.How can I play my videos thru my Windows Media Player media?Thank you.

Hi,

Usually the case is that you would need the right codec to play with Windows Media Player.

In this case the video type is MOV.

Try with GOM player to see if it's playable. If it's not, they will prompt you with what to download instead.
