My Tv Wont Turn On But Its Making A Power Noise.. I Dont Understand
When i plug my TV in it makes a noise.. but it wont power on.,, please help me!

There could be a number of issues here. The control circuitry could be defective, the power supply could be defective. Without a full bench diagnostic there is really no way to tell. I recommend that you take it to a service shop.
