Washer Has Problem To Balance Load And Create Huge Vibration And Noise

I bought this washer with house, have tried to level it many times, checked transported bolts that were removed; however nothing has solved the problem. It has huge vibration and the time increased dramatically, not sure what to do with this washer more.
