Error Code Le

HI Gang, I'm getting error LE, "Water Didn't Fill Completely". The service advice on Samsung.com has you check that your using the correct soap, and check for leaking water, then says "most likely a water level sensor" is bad, call for service. Has anyone gone through this yet? Is the sensor usser replacable? Is there a factory service manual available for download? Thanks, Steven
