If your Samsung top load self-clean washer (model WA45N3050AW/A4) is not filling up on the quick wash cycle but is filling up on all other cycles, it could be caused by a few different issues. Here are some possible causes and solutions:
  1. Clogged water inlet hose: Check the water inlet hose for any clogs or kinks. Make sure the water supply is turned on and that the water pressure is sufficient. Clean out any debris or mineral buildup from the water inlet hose.
  2. Water level sensor: The water level sensor is responsible for monitoring the water level in the drum. If the sensor is malfunctioning, it may prevent the washer from filling up on the quick wash cycle.
  3. Control board issue: The control board is the main circuit board that controls the functions of the washer. If the control board is malfunctioning, it may prevent the washer from filling up on the quick wash cycle.
  4. Software issue: Sometimes, a software problem can cause the washer to not fill up on the quick wash cycle. Check if there is a firmware update available for your washer and install it.
  5. Cycle selection: Make sure you have selected the correct cycle for your load. Some cycles have preset water levels and it could be that the quick wash cycle is using a lower water level than other cycles.
  6. Hose connections: Check that the hoses and connections are tight and that there are no leaks. Loose connections or leaks can cause the washer to not fill up properly.

If you are unable to solve the issue on your own, it may be best to contact Samsung's customer support or a professional repair service for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the problem and determine the best course of action. Additionally, don't hesitate to check the owner's manual for more troubleshooting tips.
