Sorry for your problems. The previous two answers reflect Samsung's instructions, and apparently they're not working for you. If you told us exactly what you did, we very likely could tell you what if anything you were doing wrong--but as an independent help site, we can't improve on the manuracturer's instructions. So at this point I can only suggest two options:
  1. Resubmit, telling us in detail how you made your attempt, or
  2. Phone Samsung or the merchant to get a walk-through (for Samsung use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/samsung/customer-service).
If a walk-through doesn't solve, then your product is defective and should if possible be returned, or if not possible professionally serviced.

Hope this is useful. Please don't forget to click the Accept This Answer button if you do accept it. My aim is to provide reliable helpful answers, not just a lot of them. See https://www.helpowl.com/profile/Odin.

Calibration mode:

Your Samsung washing machine detects the laundry weight automatically. For more accurate weight detection, please run Calibration Mode after the installation. To run Calibration Mode, follow these steps:

1. Remove laundry or any contents in the machine.

2. Press the Temp. and Delay End buttons simultaneously, and then press the Power button. The machine turns on.

3. Press the Start/Pause button to activate "Calibration Mode".

4. The pulsator rotates clockwise and counterclockwise for approximately 1 minute.

5. When "Calibration Mode" is finished, "End" (WA48H7400A*, WA45H7200A*) / "0" (WA45H7000A*) appears on the display, and the machine automatically turns off. The washing machine is now ready for use.

I hope this is helpful to you!

Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful. Please feel free to submit further info for your question, if a solution was not provided. I appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
