Unauthorized Input Source

I have a samsung flat screen tv, model # UN58J5190AF. Whenever I go to my source selection there's an source that is unknown to me. There is only suppose to be 3 selections, tv ,hdmi or screen mirroring. The fourth source (Network Matt PC) is sometimes there and sometimes not. I live in a small rv park where we're real close to our neighbors. Idk if that makes a difference but I thought I would mention that fact. Any suggestions on why I'm seeing this source selection?

Have you created a Samsung account? This is necessary to enable certain connections. There are multiple options for connecting to the internet or just connecting to a local network. Refer to the ip setup area of the user guide available here. Page 25 onwards of the PDF.

How do I force my Samsung TV to factory reset?

Factory reset the TV

Open Settings, and then select General.

Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.

To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.

If these steps don't match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis.
