Missing Sub Titles

Dear Sir/madam After shifting from sattelite dish signal to ordinary outdoor antenna, my samsung ue32d6500 do not bring subtitles in any channels selected. The picture itself is fine with no disturbance and the antenna signal is 90% it should be added that the television is bought in Germany, but used in Denmark. I am confused if it is the television which is not able to catch the whole signal or if the television brcause it is bought in Germany is not able to translate the Danish signals hope you can give me a hint best regards carsten huttemeier

Ignore StLFanMan as that number won't work outside North America. I would check the settings on your TV to make sure you have Closed Captioning enabled. If it's already enabled then it's likely that the towers in your area either don't broadcast CC or your TV isn't compatible with the type of CC being used.
