I Have A Problem With Me Samsung Omnia I900 Screen!

(i bought my samsung i900 from holland 6 months ago but i live in egypt now) 2 weeks ago my screen's right side stopped responding i tought it was a small problem after restarting my mobile every thing will be OK again but when i restarted the problem was still there, i didn't take it seriasly and continued using my mob normally, then the problem spreaded to the middle part of the screen and the screen didn't respond to my mobile's pen anymore but responded to my finger tabs and now the problem spreaded to 80% of the screen, i tried formating and softreset and align screen several times but nothing worked !!! so what should i do now (i am in egypt) and thanks..
