Camera Flash And Focusing

my samsung st700 is brand new from singapore... the problem is the flash when i shot my cam it goes too dark sometimes is too bright that even there faces is cleared by brightness! and then when i turn off the flash... there's still problem that is too slow to captured pictures! so that my shot pictures is blurred!!! i hate this i waste my money in this kind of camera! i love samsung but i am dissapointed right now!!!!
