Replace A Handle On Smh1713b/xaa

How do i replace the handle on the shm1713b/xaa? I notice only one exposed screw on the inside of the door at the top. I'm sure there is one on the bottom also but it's not visible. Do i have to take the whole back off the door and if so how? Thanks so much, Jeff
