Top Cabinet Template For Exhaust. For Model Me19r7041fs.
Need an exhaust template for the top cabinet for venting . Model Samsung ME19R7041FS.The carpenter needs it to do the hole in top cabinet prior to it's delivery. Best Buy outsources delivery and installation. The Template is a part of the installation instructions and comes with the product. I have spent hours on line and phone with Samsung ---- they are no help, they keep repeating that is part of the installation which they do not handle, redirection the installation manual only list it as a part and no image is given. HELP!!!! the Samsung product is not yet in my house and I fear I might be regretting my choice of manufacturers.

Check this youtube video. During the video it shows the template being used so it is most likely in the box that the microwave is supplied as you have stated. It should also give details of where the vent needs to be as it gives a view of the top. It is has been created by an installer so would need to give the relevant information to complete the job.
