Short answer: Navigate through menus, looking for "Account" or "Email Setup", then remove your email information.

Failing that, google the user/owner manual for that device and you'll find more specific steps. There's also a chance it's just an inbox that you can't get rid of that doesnt use your personal email account but rather it's just a way for the phone manufacturer/carrier to spam you with product offerings.
