Can You Get Photos Off The Phone If That Phone Is No Longer Activated?

either bluetooth them to a computer, make sure you save them to a micro sd card in your phone and then transfer the card to a card reader on a computer or connect a usb cord to the phone and connect the usb cord to a computer and transfer them that way.
