Genuine Toner Cartridge For My Printer Returns An 'incompatible Toner Cartridge'
After Installing my new cartridge MLT-D101S into SCX-3405fw
I receive an error message and am unable to print. when removed and replaced with the empty cartridge it will print but with a "prepare new toner" message.
I did try first an after market toner cartridge that claims to be compatible and looks identical with the same part number.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
