Samsung Sl150-2 Problems

I have a sl150-2 that I'm having trouble with it won't start with the key switch but if you jump the starter over it'll run but before I had that problem the transmission would not go into gear any of them. Sound like a neutral safety switch to me but I can not seem to find where it's located I put a new transmission control module in it and it didn't help all fuses are good. Serial number mby016
