How Can I Get A New Lock Code?

I recently bought my new Samsung gloss from someone else. She doesn't remember the lock code she had in the phone since she's been using her new cell phone for a few months now. How can I change the lock code if I don't know the original lock code?

Hi.

Is the phone over 1 years old?

If not,you can't unlock it yet. It have to be a year before you can unlock it free from your network provider.
