This returns all settings to factory defaults and erases all user data.

From the Home screen, touch Menu > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Security. Enter the lock code when prompted. The default lock code is the last four digits of your phone number.
Touch Restore Phone.
At the prompt, touch Yes to restore phone.
