Hellp! Blocking Specific Sender Texts

Is there anyway to block a specific number from sending unwanted texts?? I have spoken with technical reps from USCellular who say I can block calls but not texts. Surely there is some way to do this I am being harrassed at all hours with over 50 messages in a 10 day period by a person involved in an estate settlement I am a hospital employee and the phone is used for critical patient care issues. I do NOT want to have to change my number. HELP
