Samsungrf238 Pull Out Freezer Drawer Extension?

My pull out freezer drawer does not seem to have full extension. There isnt much clearance from the auto plastic freezer drawer and the lower drawer. Can this be adjusted to provide full extension? I hate it I cant get to anything! I already saw that it extends 15 3/4 inches but it seems that this should have full extension
