Regfrigerator is about 1 year old and part of the freezer is not freezing correc

Regfrigerator is about 1 year old and part of the freezer is not freezing correctly. The smaller tray portion of the freezer seems to be dripping. Have put on power freeze twice. part of the freezer is freezing good. The refrigerator is at 34 Fm the front panel is showing OF OF in the middle of the panel. Never demonstrated this before. What is going on with this. The manual is not clear. Please advise. The ice is off, the water is not even connection. Thank you for your assistance.
