Ice Bin
Can you manually empty the ice bin in the refrigerator. The ice cubes look and taste like freezer burn. (we don't use many ice cubes

Samsung does not document any such procedure, and in fact does not identify any part as "ice bin." Samsung does recommend periodic cleaning of the ice bucket, and perhaps this will solve. See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/446937/Samsung-Rf263teaesp.html?page=19#manual.
