First check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8_V3c89w_U. Using those instructions it's possible you could repair the screen. Otherwise, see if Samsung can provide a new screen: use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/samsung/customer-service. If the cost is too much or if you want to look for a used screen, a good resource is http://www.searchtempest.com/, which will provide many useful filters, will let you search locally or country-wide and even globally, and covers Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, and many other sources. If the TV is more than about 5 years old it would be uneconomic to repair. The only option is to source a second hand good screen. Or replace the TV with a current model with all the latest features which were not available when the TV was made. If it is newer then maybe you could claim from your house contents insurance for personal effects?
