Kaspersky Pure Is Interfering With Wifi Printer. How Do I Stop It?

I have Kaspersky PURE on my laptop and when I connect to the WiFi at work, it prevents the printer/fax from working. When I turn PURE off, the printer/fax works but when I turn it back on, the printer/fax stops. What is causing this and how do I correct it?
