How To Get My Dvd Working Again It Does Not Show Up On The Device Manager

The driver software for your Samsung NP355E5C may not be installed or is outdated. This requires reinstallation using the compatible and latest one which can be found in the support website of Samsung. Here's the link to the download page of the driver software.
