I Have A Samsung Ln46c30 Tv And It Wont Turn On
I replaced the power supply, main board, and tcon board and the tv will no turn on. It starts to make the start up sound for 2 seconds then just keeps repeating the sound.

I believe that the problem is on the screen of your Samsung LN-T4661F TV. The screen may not be working properly, I concluded this because there is no problem with the power supply since the product is turning on properly. Unfortunately, there is no available replacement screen for this device online. You should bring this to the service/repair center.
