if this is the right part number that you installed then maybe a factory reset is needed: BN94-01011B

With set off, press on remote; [mute], [1], [8], [2], then [power]. After you see the menu press [enter] several times until you see factory reset option, then press it once more. the set will turn off, and do not attempt any other changes while in there, you can harm this new board beyond repair and require the board replacement once more.
