This Tv Cycles On And Off Constantly.
This TV is constantly power cycling. The picture is great when the screen comes on, but it quickly shuts down and cycles on again. I checked for swollen or leaking caps but all are looking normal. No visible heat or burn marks. Whats wrong with it?

I would still replace the capacitors as a matter of course, as after a period of time these can easily lose capacitance and depending on temperature can fail.
After that, then is the time to call for for more help or an engineer. Use higher temperature rating caps as a replacement.
