If your Samsung HW-K950 soundbar used to work with Alexa voice commands, but is no longer working, there are a few things you can try to reconnect it:

Check that your soundbar is connected to your home Wi-Fi network. You can do this by using the Samsung SmartThings app on your mobile device, or by checking the Wi-Fi settings on the soundbar itself. Make sure the soundbar is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Alexa-enabled device.
