System Shows Protection

My HT-TXQ120 home theatre shows protection whenever I put it on and goes off. I'd taken it to the service center close to me but no solution. I guess in the process it may have been tampered with. Kindly advice and if I need to replace a faulty part, kindly assist in getting it. Thank you.
