Help With A Repair

I needed to replace the front panel on my Samsung HT-E550, due to random source switching. This entailed transferring the circuit board form the old panel to the new one. All went back together nicely, brown and blue cable strips well seated. Now the unit won't power up. Any ideas as to what I should do?
