What Is Wrong If The Picture Has A Blue-green Tint

This is a LED DLP HDTV, where the picture is developed via three LED lamps (red,green and blue) and you have a bad red LED (BP07-00029A LIST $97.64). the problem could be the LED itself or the controlling driver board (BP94-02307D list $101.77 $50.00 core).

Expect a technician to charge $250. This problem may at first be intermittent.
