Samsung Fan #3 Replacement

HLS5088wx/xaa shows "check fan #3" warning. Samsung parts (J&J) unable to provide fan#3 location or part #. Can you assist?

Thank you, Dan. Unfortunately my set has only 2 fans that I can find. Replaced BP31-00023A & 24A but same Fan #3 notice appears. Could not find any other fan and no wiring (Y/R/B triplet) that would suggest a 3rd fan. Any suggestions?
