Dlp Tv Turns Off

Turn on set picture and sound ok. In less than a minute screen goes black, sound still ok, then DLP TV turns off and all three LEDs are blinking. Can repeat again and again, but DLP TV won't stay going for more than a minute. Checked power supply, electrolytic capacitors seem OK. Is there any way to check voltages for PS, ballast or fans? With back off and interlock bypassed, lamp initially comes on but intensity varies. Lamp?

This is exactly what a worn out lamp does just before it never light up again.
