Patch Cables Hooked Up Correctly But Picture Not Stable

Picture rolls vertically and the TV makes a distinct clicking sound

From the sounds of it, unfortunately, you would need to seek TV repairs. Bear in mind, depending on repairs needed, replacement may be a cheaper option.
