Stove Top Overheating

Hi. I have a Samsung Electric Stove/Cooker, Model Number FTQ352IWUX.The 2 big burners on the glasstop (the two front plates) are overheating. Even on LOW, it gets really hot.What could be the problem and which parts should I inspect for possible replacement?Thanks.
