Has There Been A Recall On Ftq307nwgx? Lowes Home Improvement Says There Is.

What was the problems and extent of the recall? They picked up my stove and replaced it with what Samsung called "comparable product".. I went from a two small 6 "elements, a medium 7" element and one large 11 inch element.. to a stove top that had a 11 " element , to 9" square elements and the smallest 7" element.

I went from a two small 6 "elements, a medium 7" element and one large 11 inch element.. to a stove top that had a 11 " element , to 9" square elements and the smallest 7" element.
Know the replacement model NE297N0PBSR replacement is not a functional stove top design period..went thru 2 + sets of pots and pans and still having to replace the smaller element twice..and now the front 9" element has stopped working with the small 7" base pot sizes...it's starting to show the magnetic weakening on the coil like the 7" did and it will eventually stop working.. not pleased.. a night mare to navigate in the kitchen.
