Trouble With A R650 Samsung Metro Pcs Phone. A White Screen.
When I plug in my charger the phone does takeit, and when I take the charger out, the screen will turn white, and it will just stay white. I am unable to do anything with the phone. I am even unable to turnit off. Whats wrongwith this phone?

it sounds like, it maybe a malfunction(defect) problem ither, with your phone, or the charger.
if you want to turn off your phone, try taking the battery out of the phone itself, and it should cut off. wait a couple of seconds before putting the battery back in.
you can take your phone, to a local carrier, and see if their is a defect or shortage in the charger, before you try to make an effort to purchase one.
if this does not work, with another charger that's compatiable or the same model of your phone. then more than likely, their is a defect in the phone.
