The FE code indicates a problem with the power source. Loose or incorrect wiring probably exists where the dryer connects to the power cord, or the power cord is the wrong type. If the dryer is hard-wired, it is possibly improperly wired. These kinds of repairs are dangerous for a novice, so contact an electrician or repair center.
