Samsung Dmr57lb Flashing Le Turned Power Off Found No Leaks. Will Not Reset.

I believe that there is a problem with its power supply or power cable. This usually happens when the power cord/cable is loose or not properly plugged in. You can refer to the user's manual on how you can plug in the power cord and other cables. Heres the link for the manual:
