There Are Toner/ink Smudges On Everything I Print.
Are there step by step cleaning instructions?

I've tried to download the User Manual a few times, but was unsuccessful. I know sometimes in the past, Samsung has had issues with their site, which could be the reason.

That said, I'm not sure if there are instructions on how to clean the toner/ink cartridge. I would recommend speaking with Samsung directly to see if they can troubleshoot this with you.
