My Samsung Clx-6260fw Laser Printer Has Streaky Vertical Lines On All Documents.

Firstly you need to verify if it is a specific colour that has the problem. It then comes down to that cartridge. If it is on every colour then it must be in the transport section of the paper path. Cleaning out excess toner from the printer may solve it . Open the printer and inspect each cartridge by releasing the flap and looking at the drum. It can also be a problem with the transfer roller assembly which the paper passes over. This is a consumable and would require replacement after extensive use. The streaking would be visible on this just by opening the unit. Cleaning is essential on a regular schedule according to the manual to maintain optimum working

Streaking is usually caused by a worn out drum unit or spent toner cartridge. ... Reinstall the toner cartridge and run a test print. If the quality does not improve, check your printer's user guide to see if there is a cartridge cleaning function built into the machine.

Vertical lines in prints are an early warning sign of a low ink cartridge, which may show up before the printer's low ink alerts start. You can fix the problem by replacing the low cartridge. Gently shaking the drained cartridge a bit may help to get another few prints out of it without vertical lines.
